About The Role

The NDIS Support Coordination program empowers individuals to navigate the disability sector, understand and maximise their plan outcomes, engage with other services and supports, and ensure individual expectations are met.

Your role as a Career Development Specialist is to provide individual guidance and understanding to help people become confident in managing their NDIS package and associated services.


Key Responsibilities
  • Understanding individual plans and identifying areas for improvement
  • Finding service options that best meet unique needs and outcomes
  • Goal tracking to demonstrate individual progress and success
  • Developing skills in others that enable them to become independent and self-assured in their ability to manage their NDIS funding
  • Completing administrative tasks to document a person's progress and internal reports

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Criminal record check (essential or willing to obtain)
  • Working with children's check (essential or willing to obtain)
  • NDIS Workers screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain)
