Strategic Business Development Executive

Bulla Dairy Foods, a 100% Australian-owned and operated company with a rich six-generation history, seeks a dynamic Strategic Business Development Executive to join its commercial sales team.
The ideal candidate will report directly to the National Sales Manager and be responsible for driving profitable growth and strengthening customer relationships across key channels, including Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), leisure, travel, and cinema/theatre.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Manage sales activities and distributor networks across QSR and related channels, ensuring seamless execution and maximizing revenue.
- Negotiate supply agreements and maintain strong relationships with national key accounts, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all sales activities, upholding the company's reputation for excellence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional programs that align with company growth targets, driving business results.
- Prioritize professional development, enhancing skills and contributing to a proactive, innovative sales culture.
- Lead by example, prioritizing safety and food quality in all aspects of the role.

Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in sales, account management, or strategic marketing within the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record in managing national accounts, ideally within the QSR, leisure, travel, or cinema/theatre markets.
- Strong business acumen, with expertise in financial management, market analysis, and competitor evaluation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with ACCC guidelines related to customer pricing agreements.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel interstate occasionally.
