Job Title: Patient Care Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill a patient care attendant position in our organization. As a patient care attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities to a high standard. Your duties will include bed making, cleaning, waste collection, and ensuring that all relevant stock levels are maintained.

About the Role:
This is an ongoing part-time opportunity that requires excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. You will work well under pressure with competing demands and must be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are stocked and easily accessible
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with variable temperatures and noise levels. They will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary and adhere to infection control protocols at all times.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform job requirements
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
