We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Senior Aged Care Professionals.
The role involves providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents in a friendly, secure, and comfortable environment.
Our aged care homes offer elegant sitting rooms, generous outdoor courtyard areas, tranquil landscaped gardens, and paved walking tracks that provide the perfect setting for residents to chat, socialise, or catch up with family and friends.
As a senior aged care professional, you will be responsible for attending to residents' medical needs, preparing clinical documentation, leading and supporting staff development, modelling health and safety practices, and maintaining high standards of work and pride in your role.
You will be someone empathetic, with experience in aged care, and have a desire to make a difference in people's lives. You will also have leadership experience in clinical care, a nursing degree and current registration, strong documentation skills, and knowledge of AN-ACC.
