Job Description

We are seeking a talented financial operations specialist to support our clients with their outsourced accounting and reporting obligations. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our transaction processing team to ensure timely delivery of client services.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with financial planning and analysis procedures, preparing management reports, driving the budgeting, forecasting, and analysis process for your portfolio of clients, and identifying areas of improvement for our clients. You will also work with national and multinational clients to deliver quality services and support the management team to grow the business through strategic initiatives.

In addition, you will perform data analytics and bring insight to client financial information. To be successful in this role, you will need strong commercial acumen, a solid understanding of financial processes, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2 years' experience in an operational finance role, with experience in month-end procedures and management reporting, or 2 years' experience in public accounting;
  • Completed or in the process of completing CA or CPA qualifications;
  • Ability to work effectively either as an individual or member of a team and relate effectively with staff on all levels;
  • Proactive and able to identify and resolve problems, with attention to detail;
