Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled APS 5 Assessment Officer to join our team in a reputable Federal Government organisation. The successful candidate will have experience within the APS in roles including Grants, Claims or Assessment positions.

Key Accountabilities
  • Assess and process applications for approval, ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and guidelines.
  • Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to make informed, evidence-based decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records across various IT systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Engage effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaborative relationships.

Requirements
  • Australian Citizenship is required for Federal Government roles.
