Job Role:

This is a highly rewarding opportunity to connect and facilitate collective power as a Club Lounge Attendant. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch bar services and serve food to guests with attention to detail
  • Receive daily updates on hotel requests and implement them accordingly
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentability of the Club Lounge at all times
  • Serve a wide range of beverages to guests, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options
  • Create meaningful guest experiences by handling general enquiries and tailoring services to meet individual requirements
  • Support the Food and Beverage team in operational tasks and contribute to the overall success of the department
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service

Requirements:

  • A current RSA certification that meets industry standards
  • Relevant experience in a similar role with a strong track record of delivering excellent results
  • Working rights in Australia and a valid visa (if applicable)
  • A strong desire to grow and develop your career in hospitality
  • A self-motivated and driven individual who thrives in a dynamic environment
