Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Club Lounge Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service and creating unique VIP guest experiences in our Executive Lounge.

This position requires experience at a managerial level, preferably in Food and Beverage service. Previous experience in events or front office is beneficial but not essential.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing personalized luxury experiences for our guests
  • Driving financial growth by identifying opportunities to sell products and experiences that meet our guests' needs
  • Cultivating a high-performing team to uphold service and quality standards

You will work closely with the InterContinental Club Lounge Manager to ensure seamless execution of all operations. Your presentation, passion for service, and leadership skills are crucial in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
