Job Title: Luxury Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Service Supervisor to oversee the operations of our executive lounge, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction.

  • Deliver personalized service in line with premium F&B standards, particularly within an executive lounge setting.
  • Engage with guests, including VIPs and long-stay visitors, to anticipate their individual needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Coordinate all aspects of lounge operations, including food and beverage service, concierge support, guest check-ins/outs, and tailored butler-style services.
Key Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment, particularly in guest relations, front office, or executive lounge roles.
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience is highly desirable, with the ability to mentor and lead a team delivering high-end, personalized service.
  • A strong background in delivering personalized guest experiences, with attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
