About Our Team

We are seeking a skilled Executive Lounge Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our lounge, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktail service.

As an Executive Lounge Supervisor, you will ensure that our lounge is clean, organized, and ready for guests throughout the day. You will also coordinate with other departments, such as Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Engineering, to maintain high standards.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who is able to work well in a team and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Lead a team of Executive Lounge Hosts to deliver exceptional customer service and promote a positive image of our hotel.
  • Coordinate daily activities, including preparing schedules, conducting briefings, and ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
  • Monitor guest traffic and manage seating to ensure comfort and privacy.
  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
