Telesales Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telesales professional to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you play a vital role in enhancing existing customer relationships and driving business growth.

About the Role:

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. As a Telesales representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Blding and maintaining relationships with existing customers
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated experience in Telesales or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management principles and practices
