Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on customer service/admin professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client experiences, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to our clinicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming clients and ensuring their optimal experience
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments for our clients
  • Providing administrative support to our clinicians (audiologists/audiometrists)
  • Efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics
  • Learning and competently using a range of software and applications
