Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Food Service Team Lead to oversee daily floor operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

This full-time position involves regular morning and weekend shifts with immediate start available.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of food service professionals to deliver efficient service.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to achieve business objectives.
  • Become knowledgeable about our menu offerings to confidently promote them.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team for consistent quality and presentation.
  • Supervise, train, and support food service staff.
Key Qualifications:
  • 12+ months supervisory experience in hospitality or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a restaurant, cafe, or hotel environment.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive, positive, and professional attitude.
  • Strong self-motivation and leadership confidence.
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management advantageous but not essential.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.
