Restaurant Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our café team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
This role will oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring guests enjoy first-class service and presentation every time. Our ideal candidate is hands-on and dynamic, with a proven track record of achieving operational and service goals.
- Oversight of daily floor operations for efficient, high-quality service delivery
- Collaboration with the Food & Beverage Manager to achieve operational targets
- Knowledge of food and beverage offerings to promote them effectively
- Supervision and support of Food & Beverage Attendants to ensure excellent performance
The successful candidate will possess:
Requirements- 12+ months' experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant, cafe or hotel environment
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- A proactive, positive attitude
- Strong self-motivation and leadership skills
- Diploma in Hospitality Management (advantageous but not essential)
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings
