Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Food and Beverage Director for multiple venues on a full-time basis.

This role will involve managing multiple locations, including bars, restaurants, and gaming operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive business success.
  • Managing day-to-day operations, financial performance, and overall presentation of all venues.
  • Preparing financial forecasts, budgets, and cost control measures to ensure profitability.
  • Identifying opportunities for operational improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Overseeing workforce planning, including rostering, recruitment, and staffing requirements.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team culture focused on excellence and accountability.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in senior management roles within the food and beverage industry, including gaming operations.
  • Current RSA, Gaming Licence, and RMLV Approved Manager accreditation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and growing gaming and hospitality venues.
  • Ability to generate and implement revenue-building ideas.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.
