Sales Manager for Sportscraft, Saba, and Jag Womenswear

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team at Sportscraft, Saba, and Jag Womenswear David Jones Adelaide Store.
As a key member of our concession team, you will be responsible for driving sales across all brands and concession pads, while ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales across all brands and concession pads.
- Lead and motivate the team to meet KPIs and sales targets.
- Ensure all concession pads are presented and merchandised according to brand standards.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor top sellers and manage stock levels.
- Implement new business initiatives efficiently and positively.
- At least 2 years' retail management experience in a high-end or premium retail environment.
- Demonstrated experience in driving store performance and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Results-driven with strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and expectations.
