Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our team at Sportscraft, Saba & Jag Womenswear David Jones Adelaide Store.
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a results-driven individual to drive sales across all brands/pads, store performance, and team management while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales and Store Performance: Drive sales across all brands and concession pads, and ensure store performance is maximized through effective team management, sales, visual merchandising, and expense control.
- Lead and Motivate the Team: Motivate the team to achieve individual and collective sales targets, conduct performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Visual Merchandising and Stock Management: Ensure all concession pads are presented and merchandised according to brand standards, monitor top sellers, and manage stock levels.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with David Jones store and floor management teams.
- At least 2 years' retail management experience in a high-end or premium retail environment.
- Demonstrated experience in driving store performance and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and expectations.
