Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced educational leader to oversee student learning and support, psychology, and counselling services at our college.

This is a key leadership role that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with staff, students, and parents.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child safety protocols and experience in leading a team in a specialised support service for students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the student learning and support team
  • Work closely with stakeholders to create a positive and effective team environment
  • Oversee and apply expertise in specialised support services for students
  • Coordinate and manage resources and staff to deliver effective support and extension programs for students
  • Ensure compliance with NCCD requirements, data collection, and audits

Selection Criteria:

  • A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a commitment to the College's vision
  • Knowledge of and a deep commitment to child safety in an education setting
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • NESA teacher registration and post-graduate qualifications in special education
  • Substantial experience in leading a team in specialised support services for students
