Leadership Opportunity in Early Learning

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to take on a leadership role in our centre. As the Assistant Director, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.

  • Support the Centre Director in leading the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
  • Mentor and develop the capabilities of the centre team
  • Manage the centre in the Centre Director's absence
  • Implement best practices as outlined in our Guide to Excellence
