About The Role

We're looking for an experienced Account Growth Manager to join our team at Trustpilot. In this role, you will be responsible for driving account growth, improving customer retention, and expanding our presence in the ANZ market.

You will work closely with our sales teams to identify new revenue opportunities, develop customized sales strategies, and execute plans to achieve targeted growth. Your expertise and knowledge will enable us to build long-term relationships with our customers, drive revenue growth, and increase customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customized sales strategies to drive account growth and improve customer retention.
  • Work closely with our sales teams to identify new revenue opportunities and develop targeted growth plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze customer data, identify trends, and inform our product roadmap and business strategy.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and product managers, to drive business results.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition and inform our business strategy.
