Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Account Manager to join our team and lead our engagement with key Service Provider customers outside of Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading technology company and be part of a high-performing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive account strategies to drive growth and revenue, while maintaining a deep understanding of Cisco's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developed and executed comprehensive account strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Maintained a deep understanding of Cisco's products and services to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Worked collaboratively with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in account management, preferably in the Service Provider space.
  • Strong sales and leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from CXO to technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the required qualifications, it would be beneficial if you have:

  • Experience working in a matrix management environment.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
