Currently, we are seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to oversee operations on a significant lithium production project.
This project involves the establishment of a large-scale Lithium Hydroxide Monohydrate production facility, strategically located in a designated industrial area.
Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Ensuring all personnel adhere to safe working practices
- Planning tasks in alignment with established standards to enhance efficiency
- Directing and coordinating the workforce for electrical and instrumentation tasks
- Engaging in safety investigations, reporting, and discussions
- Participating in Quality Assurance audits
- Collaborating with client and contractor representatives
- Monitoring site instructions to ensure accurate cost tracking and agreement
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- Extensive onsite experience as an Electrical Supervisor
- A strong commitment to safety protocols
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Effective negotiation and dispute resolution skills
- Familiarity with contractual compliance and client engagement
- A continuous improvement mindset
- Relocation assistance available for non-local candidates willing to move to the region.
