Current Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on the Albemarle Kemerton Lithium Project in the South West of Western Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all personnel maintain safe systems of work, planning activities to minimize inefficiencies, and directing and coordinating the workforce for electrical and instrumentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all personnel maintain safe systems of work
  • Plan activities in accordance with standards and to minimize inefficiencies
  • Direct and coordinate the workforce for electrical and instrumentation requirements of the contract
  • Participate in safety investigations, reporting, and discussions
  • Participate in Quality Assurance audits
  • Liaise with client and contractor representatives
  • Monitor relevant site instructions to ensure costs are captured and agreed to

Requirements

  • Strong onsite experience as an Electrical Supervisor
  • A high level of commitment to safety
  • Leadership skills
  • Sound negotiation and dispute resolution skills
  • Experience with contractual compliance and client liaising
  • Desire to continually improve
  • LAFHA available to non-local employees willing to relocate to Southwest WA (Bunbury/Australind/Mandurah)
