About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OEM Supervisor to join our Product Support team at RCR Mining Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering engineered solutions to our clients' projects, with a focus on on-site supervision, servicing, and maintenance of their equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections and reporting to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Provide competency-based training to team members
  • Manage risk and assist Mine Inspectors in ensuring a safe working environment
  • Communicate with HSE representatives and participate in workshops to promote a strong safety culture
  • Coordinate technical team activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Deliver on-site service and manage tooling to ensure efficient equipment operation
  • Generate requisitions and coordinate conformance to meet client needs
