About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office and P&C Assistant to join our team at We Are Social. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming and productive workspace, ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

As an Office and P&C Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining the office environment, including cleanliness, organization, and amenities;
  • Coordinating events, meetings, and activities to enhance team morale and engagement;
  • Providing administrative support to the Operations, P&C, and Leadership teams;
  • Assisting with the management of the office budget and tracking expenses;
  • Ensuring compliance with office security and sustainability requirements;
  • Supporting the CEO with travel arrangements, event planning, and general assistance;
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of culture-related initiatives and events;
  • Assisting with the execution of new business and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work;
  • Full Australian working rights.

This is an initial 3-month contract with the possibility to convert to permanent. The salary package offered is between $60,000 and $70,000.
