Job Title

A Learning and Development Professional with a focus on Risk Management is required to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to enhance individual and organisational risk capability through strategic learning and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training best practices and standards across various business units
  • Ensure effective execution of required training programs, and foster strong partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with the business
  • Design comprehensive educational solutions to address identified gaps
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs by collecting and analysing data, preparing detailed reports, and making recommendations for improvement based on feedback and performance metrics
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess a minimum of 5 years experience in learning and development roles, ideally in the financial service industry. Prior experience working with design and delivering training & information to employees is essential. Strong communication skills across all levels of the organisation, with the ability to inspire teams, are also crucial.
