Enterprise Architect Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation across the organization.

Job Description

This role is responsible for defining and implementing enterprise-wide application architecture strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of application architecture principles, integration patterns, cloud platforms, and microservices. They will also possess excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at the C-suite level.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience (12+ years) in enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or principal architect role. They will have a proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale enterprise applications across diverse industries. Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, SAFe are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architecture Leadership: Define and implement enterprise-wide application architecture strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting architectural solutions, influencing decision-making, and building long-term relationships.
  • Solution Design: Lead the design of end-to-end application architectures including cloud-native, hybrid, and legacy systems integration.
  • Governance & Standards: Establish architectural governance, best practices, and standards across projects and teams.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide architects and technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience (12+ years) in enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or principal architect role.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale enterprise applications across diverse industries.
  • Strong foundation in application architecture principles, integration patterns, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and microservices.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, middleware, and custom applications.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, API management, and security architecture.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at the C-suite level.
