About the Role

The Recruitment Operations Manager is a key leadership position within the Recruitment Operations department at Austin Health. This role provides strategic direction and oversight to the team of employment services professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services to internal stakeholders.

As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition creation to new hire onboarding. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to attract top talent to Austin Health.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and contemporary practices, as well as experience in leading high-performing teams. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

About You

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Operations leader who is passionate about process improvement and quality service delivery. You will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
