As a key player in the Services team, you'll contribute to delivering cutting-edge services that drive customer growth. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast globally, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse customer base.

By harnessing real-time data, powerful software platforms, and industry expertise, we empower customers to gain valuable insights and make informed decisions.

About This Role:

  • Conduct thorough analysis to understand client needs and identify potential solutions, focusing on critical aspects of problems.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align support with business objectives.
  • Manage the sales cycle from needs identification through contractual development and execution, including writing compelling proposals.
  • Develop sales support materials (presentations, business cases, etc.) that articulate the value proposition of our services both qualitatively and quantitatively.
  • Ensure engagement quality, lead post-implementation reviews, and identify follow-on opportunities.
  • Contribute to project delivery using core consultancy skills and industry knowledge, performing project management or subject matter expertise as appropriate.

Your Qualifications:

  • You should be highly motivated, with experience in services or consulting roles and some knowledge of the payments industry.
  • You should have skills and experience to contribute to the delivery and quality management of consulting engagements.
  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • Additional personal attributes include:
    • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication and influencing skills.
    • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
