We are seeking an experienced customer-focused professional to join our team as an Assistant Account Executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance broking and excellent communication skills.
About the Job- This role is responsible for assisting Insurance Brokers with processing new business, policy renewals, and endorsements.
- Provide administrative support to Insurance Brokers, including preparation of documents, file management, and new business quotes preparation.
- Responding to incoming calls and enquiries (phone, online, and email) and triaging them accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams and Insurance Brokers to ensure compliance requirements/documents are maintained.
The successful candidate will be able to work effectively within a team environment, communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing, and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
About You- A Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualification in Insurance Broking is essential for this role.
- Experience within the insurance industry is also required.
- You will bring a passion for building and maintaining effective relationships with customers, along with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A strong attention to detail, with a knack for using technology and systems, is also essential.
- You will have a proactive attitude and be able to work independently or collaboratively based on the situation.
- A willingness to learn and to support others around you is also required.
