Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic customer service professional to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, interact with customers, and provide them with high-quality service related to their financial needs.

  • This is a part-time position requiring 25 hours per week in Penrith and 15 hours per week in Sydney Relief Team.
  • As a customer service representative, you will have conversations and interactions with customers via face-to-face, phone, and online channels.
  • You will also be responsible for exploring new opportunities to find the right financial solutions for customers.
  • Additional responsibilities include using various technologies, systems, and digital platforms, handling cash, balancing, and administrative duties.
  • You will work closely with your manager and team to achieve branch goals and objectives while maintaining a high level of operational adherence.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience in sales and service, preferably in retail, banking, or hospitality industries.
  • Sound numeracy skills, cash handling experience, and an accurate eye for detail.
  • Honesty and integrity with the ability to follow policies and procedures diligently.
  • A genuine desire to help people and work directly with customers.
  • Ability to prioritize work, problem-solve, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs/apps and valid driver's license.
