Delivering Exceptional Customer Service

We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Retail Customer Service Officer. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every experience our customers have is a great one.

About the Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service and has a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Retail Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services
  • Handling customer sales and service transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Managing high-value transactions accurately, including cash, cheques, credit cards, and EFTPOS
  • Conducting and processing identity services transactions, including Australian Passport Interviews
  • Promoting our products and services through up-selling and cross-selling, merchandising, and other promotional activities
  • Assisting customers with mail lodgements and associate costs
  • Building rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs
  • Assisting with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in customer service and/or cash handling
  • Be fit to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift
