About this Opportunity

PACT Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular review meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present reports and analysis on business activity, performance against targets, and market industry opportunities.
  • Support the preparation and submission of proposals that deliver a competitive and valuable service offering for customers and our business.
  • Represent the customer's voice within the business and ensure their excellent experience throughout PACT Group.
  • Identify sales training needs and participate in sales training programs as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales management and a strong commercial acumen.
  • Resilience with a strong desire to achieve, operational excellence, and delivery of agreed growth objectives.
  • A strategic and collaborative approach that embeds and harnesses commitment to customer value and service excellence.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, technical aptitude, and understanding of manufacturing processes is highly beneficial.
  • Enthusiasm and solutions provision in your Account Management.
  • Demonstrated commitment and belief in Safety in the workplace and working 'Toward Zero Harm'.
