We are seeking a professional with extensive experience in managing workers compensation claims. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of claims, including liability assessments, injury management, and providing support to injured workers.
Key Responsibilities- Claim Management: Manage all aspects of workers compensation claims, from initial assessment to final resolution.
- Injury Management: Develop and implement injury management plans to ensure injured workers receive the best possible care and support.
- Communication: Regularly communicate with claimants, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth claim progression.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claims, including file notes, calculations, and database entries.
- Data Analysis: Evaluate and process claims data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in workers compensation, return-to-work programs, or injury management.
- Experience: Previous experience in managing workers compensation claims for a self-insurer or scheme agent.
- Skills: High level of computer literacy, proficiency with relevant claims management software, and excellent interpersonal skills.
