
Public Housing Support Specialist

The role of the Housing Manager is to oversee tenancy management and provide support services to customers. This involves identifying and responding to the individual needs of a diverse customer base, including those from Aboriginal communities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage tenancies and deliver targeted support to customers.
- Respond to the unique needs of a diverse customer group.
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve organisational objectives.
Applicants should possess a Social Housing Management Diploma or equivalent qualification in Social Science or Human Services. A valid Australian driver's licence may be required for some roles.
Special Conditions- Successful applicants will need to undergo a National Police Clearance prior to employment.
- A Working with Children Check through the DHS Screening Unit will also be mandatory.
