Job Description

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating the flaking rollers to achieve optimum output while working in conjunction with all production team members. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the flaking rollers in such a manner as to achieve optimum output.
  • Manage the four rolling lines, ensuring machine operation is smooth and efficient.
  • Ensure all production meets quality, EHS, and good manufacturing practice requirements at all times.
  • Perform equipment and process pre-operational checks.
  • Monitor and control grain transfers from the Mill to the Rolling Line.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to operate different machines and troubleshoot if anything goes wrong.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of GMP requirements and work standards.
  • Forklift operator certificate (or willingness to obtain).
