Due to continued success and rapid growth, our business has opportunities for a reliable, experienced, and enthusiastic plant operator to join our team.The Role:
  • Permanent, full-time role, working closely within our Asphalt team
  • Operate all equipment and machinery associated with Asphalt production (Front End Loader, Roller, Loader...),
  • Asphalt and Concrete Batching Plant
  • Operating PLC Controlled Systems
  • Crusher/Screening Operations
  • Have the highest dedication to safe work practices in line with the OHS legislation and our procedures and policies, ensuring the workplace is both safe for the public, and work colleagues, and ensure all work is of high quality for clients
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • HR/HC/MC Truck License (preferred)
  • Experience with Asphalt/Concrete/Bitumen (essential)
  • Availability for ad hocweekend work andwork away
  • Experience operating heavy equipment (essential)
  • A strong 'team player' with the proven positive attitude to work well with others
Benefits:
  • Full time position – minimum 80 hours per fortnight with available overtime
