Job Description

The role involves supporting a dynamic team in the operation of critical assets. This position is part of a CBD based remote operations centre aiming to quickly predict and respond to operational technology events. The successful candidate will work on a flexible lifestyle roster, providing level 2 support for fleet management systems (FMS) / mining systems.

Responsibilities include proactive monitoring & event management to maintain critical technology availability. Rapid break-fix solutions are required to restore production system availability following outages. Safe execution of planned work is also essential. The role requires engaging with site operation stakeholders during events, incidents, and changes, as well as working collaboratively in a network operations centre (NOC) environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

This position requires technical experience in FMS Modular (Dispatch & Provision, Komatsu Frontrunner), FMS MineStar (Command, Fleet & Terrain), Surface Manager (Autonomous Drilling), Surface Automation Machine Server (SAMS - Autonomous Drilling), Driver Safety Systems (DSS), and Collision Avoidance System (CAS).
