Job Title:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to support and maintain Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) systems across critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support, maintain, and troubleshoot OT systems (SCADA, PLCs, RTUs, plant automation, BMS).
  • Provide technical support for IT systems, including Windows environments and networked infrastructure.
  • Develop operating manuals and other documentation (SOPs, As-Constructed, User Guides).
  • Liaise with engineering teams, project managers, and vendors to resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience supporting OT systems, such as transport systems, industrial automation, or BMS.
  • Strong background in technical writing and document creation for engineering or IT/OT systems.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Windows operating systems and associated infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience leading or facilitating team meetings.
Skills & Experience:
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
Required Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively. A strong understanding of OT and IT systems, as well as technical writing and documentation skills, is essential for this role.
