Compliance Manager Job Description

This role involves overseeing the administration of scheme amendments and transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Assessing scheme change proposals to identify potential risks and impacts
  • Negotiating legal documents and facilitating board approvals
  • Managing project timelines and deliverables
  • Resolving technical queries and addressing SLA changes
  • Rollover of buy backs for listed schemes and other portfolio management activities

About You:

  • tertiary qualifications in law, business, accounting or a related field
  • experience working in financial services for at least 3 years
  • previous experience working in compliance, preferably within investment management
  • knowledge of managed funds industry, including fund documents and operations
  • strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • project management skills and ability to work in an agile environment
