About the Role

You will be responsible for the daily operations of a large store, focusing on achieving key commercial targets and delivering exceptional customer service. As a highly experienced retail professional, you will be accountable for all aspects of your store, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.

About You and Your Skills
  • Candidate must have the ability to coach, lead and develop a large team (100+)
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Ability to ensure key commercial targets are met or exceeded
  • Skill to keep things simple and inspire customers by maintaining high standards in visual merchandising, safety, compliance and auditing
  • Customer obsession with a desire to continually better understand our diverse customers
  • Ability to drive a one-team culture that prioritises team members' health, safety, and wellbeing
  • Candidates should have the capacity to look ahead, energise their team, and deliver results with pride
