ROLE IN A NUTSHELL: As the part-time (27.5 hours) Store Manager at Review Wagga Wagga Myer, you'll be the driving force behind delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets and fostering a strong, high-performing team.
You'll lead daily operations, coach and develop your staff, uphold brand standards, and ensure the store runs smoothly and stylishly.
With a keen eye for fashion and a passion for retail, you'll inspire both customers and your team every day.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and organisation.
Maintain high visual merchandising standards to create an attractive shopping environment.
Train, develop, and support staff, ensuring they have the product knowledge and customer service skills needed to succeed.
Build strong customer relationships and offer personalised styling advice.
