Overview

We currently have an opportunity available at our Wagga Wagga Store for a Store Manager. The Store Manager is responsible for championing service excellence for our customers, enhancing store and team performance and driving sales and growth at the store. With safety as a core focus in everything that is done, the Store Manager is responsible for driving sales and productivity along with identifying and coordinating your team's individual training and development needs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor and empower staff; ensure compliance and safe work practices; maximize store performance.
  • Drive sales targets and business initiatives while ensuring superior service delivery.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate team development.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous improvement and store growth.
About you

Leveraging your diverse skills and operational experience you will take responsibility for leading, mentoring and empowering staff; ensuring compliance and safe work practices; and maximizing store performance.

Qualifications
  • Sound influencing and mentoring skills
  • Effective relationship management with the ability to build rapport quickly and engage with key stakeholders
  • Commitment to health and safety
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and time management skills
