Job Description

As a Fulfilment Manager, you'll play a vital role in managing and maintaining stock levels to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven people leader who has a keen eye for detail and is passionate about inventory management and stock control.

The successful candidate will have critical operational exposure across the business and the opportunity to kick start a career adventure.


Key Responsibilities
  • Build a culture centred around people development and create excitement about inventory control and stock movement
  • Create team succession plans and deliver regular training to the store team to inspire continuous improvement
  • Elevate your team through regular coaching and mentoring and empower them to be self-sufficient and to achieve accuracy across store inventory levels
  • Collaborate with store leaders to understand customer needs for key store events and peak trade periods to maximise revenue growth

  • You are results driven and always have the customer experience at the front of mind
  • You understand the link between effective inventory management and revenue growth and proactively share your knowledge with those around you
  • You are authentic, analytical and attentive
  • You understand people and use a passionate and inspiring approach to coach and motivate your team
  • You use your planning and organisational skills to keep your team on track and achieve great outcomes
