Bathroom Specialist

We specialize in creating bespoke bathrooms that exceed customer expectations. For over 100 years, our team has been turning dream bathroom concepts into reality.
As part of our showroom team in Bundaberg, you will provide exceptional support to builders, interior designers, and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their ideal bathroom.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in selecting the perfect bathroom products
- Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
- Utilizing our 3D Planner to bring a customer's vision to life
- Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain strong relationships
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoy building rapport with customers
- Might not have direct experience in bathrooms, but are energetic, proactive, and willing to learn and grow
- Are comfortable using computers and willing to learn new systems
- Are open to working flexible shifts, including weekends
