Bathroom Sales Associate Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to play a crucial role in our showroom team.

As a key member of the team, you will assist customers in selecting bathroom fixtures and accessories that meet their needs. You will provide expert product knowledge and design advice to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

  • You should have previous retail sales experience, preferably in a showroom environment.
  • You must possess exceptional customer service skills and be able to engage with diverse customer needs.
  • You will need knowledge of bathroom fixtures, plumbing products, and design concepts.
  • A basic understanding of computer systems and point-of-sale software is essential.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and background in interior design would be beneficial but not necessary.
