Bathroom Service Specialist

We are seeking a friendly and approachable Bathroom Concierge to join our team in Richmond. As the face of our business, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through their bathroom journey, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers, making them feel welcome and valued
- Embodying our values and service standards to provide a personalized experience for every customer
- Assist Retail Consultants with administration tasks, including product enquiries, quote development, and customer order management
- Responsible for maintenance and ordering of branch stock items, such as brochures and showroom supplies
About You:
- Customer service, administration, or hospitality experience
- Excellent computer and system skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Flexible and adaptable, with a calm demeanor under pressure
