We are seeking an experienced Order Processor to join our team in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to utilize your skills and experience in order processing, customer service and administration.

Job Description

As an Order Processor, you will be responsible for managing and processing orders from clients regarding products and services. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders via SAP efficiently and accurately.
  • Take inbound calls and respond to product enquiries.
  • Manage order processing and ensure all orders are completed on time.
  • Data entry and assist with reporting.
  • Follow up on installations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle stock management and assist with inventory control.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience with SAP.
  • At least 1+ year experience in order processing.
  • 2 years proven customer service experience in an office environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work to set deadlines and handle a busy workload.
  • Own transport required.
  • Full working rights within Australia (No Visa holders).
  • Available to work Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.
