Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Architect with expertise in creating exceptional apartment designs, luxury housing, mixed-use or commercial buildings.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Architecture, 3+ years experience in industry, and Revit competency with practical studio experience. They should also have experience on multi-residential projects, knowledge of local codes (ADG) and local experience, and full working rights in Australia.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct feasibility studies, masterplanning, concept design, design development, and DA stage for various building types.
  • Produce high-quality pre-construction documentation, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
  • Coordinate with structural, civil, and landscape consultants to ensure project delivery.
  • Deliver effective client and Council presentations to promote projects and secure approvals.
