Medical Rosters Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to coordinate the rosters of medical registrars and resident medical officers for our hospital medicine service line.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating effective and efficient rostering, ensuring the professional needs of medical staff are met while maintaining the service needs of the hospital and health service. They will work closely with the medical director of the medicine service line and other stakeholders to achieve this goal.

  • Effectively use communication skills and tools to maintain a motivated and effective team, while providing ethical decision making in the achievement of organisational goals.
  • Efficiently coordinate medical leave requests and maintain safe and adequate staffing levels in consultation with the medical director via myHR.
